2024 Salary Survey Report

The 2024 survey is the 18th survey conducted by Western Management Group (WMG). In recent years, WMG's work has been supplemented by an additional survey by Wine Business Analytics to better account for wineries that produce fewer than 50,000 cases a year. The survey is based on data collected from wineries across the United States and features comprehensive compensation data on key winery roles in sales, winemaking and grape growing.
